!! 筑前町にゴリラが出現 !!

先日ふと思い出し、車に乗り込み福岡県筑前町へ向かいました。

外も暗くなり見れるのか見れないのかを心配しながら道を進みながら行きました。

安の里公園に到着しましたら高さ約7メートルの巨大なワラゴリラが出現していました。

外だったのでちょっと寒かったのですが今の季節でしか見れないので我慢しながら見ました。

毎年テーマが変わるのか分かりませんが2016年はゴジラでした。

来年もやっているといいですね。

Just the other day the family and I went out for dinner. After eating we decided to go check out the 7 meter tall gorilla made of hay in Chikuzen machi. I think it`s something the town does to attract visitors. I`m not sure if they do it every year or not, but back in 2016 the theme was Godzilla. It`s located at (60-4 Matsunobu, Chikuzen, Asakura District, Fukuoka) if you`re interested.

今月末で僕は KOHKEN HOUSE に入社しましてもう半年になろうとしています。

時間たつのがとても早く感じます。

入社してから春、夏も通り過ぎ、あっという間に秋。
少しずつ涼しくなってきましたので、
汗かきの僕にとってはとてもすごしやすい季節です!!

とてもいいメンバーに恵まれてとても幸せです。

覚えること、考えること、なれること沢山有りますが一日一日に無駄がないように頑張って行きます。

どうぞ皆さん僕のことを優しく見守って下さい。

Time sure does fly.
At the end of this month marks 6 months since I took the leap of faith in to real estate.
I`m very fortunate and proud to be able to work with these guys.
It`s not going to be easy, but I`ll do whatever it takes to do my part and contribute to the team.

⋆ 一人暮らしでも配達下限がなくて助かる

⋆ 仕事しながらでも合間に頼める

(デメリット)

⋆ 配達員のレベルがピンキリ

⋆ ダブルで受けられると冷めることも

⋆ 配達料がインフレするときもある

⋆ 商品のミスが多い

Hey, how`s it going guys? It`s Kenny back with another upload. Everyday all we hear are about more and more new cases of Covid 19. Not being able to go out and eat is starting to get to me. How are you guys dealing with all of this? What I just discovered not too long was Uber Eats. It`s so simple and easy. You order and your food comes in a matter of minutes. And there is so much to choose from.
It`s not always hunky-dory though. Here`s a list of of my pros and cons.

(Pros)
-You can order just a drink.
-The food usually arrives within 20 mins.
-There is no minimum order.
-Easy to use app.
-You can have them leave the food at your door step. (Social distancing)

(Cons)
-Some drivers are GOOD at what they do and some are NOT SO GOOD at what they do.
-If your food is second to be dropped off, there is a good chance that your food will get cold.
-The delivery fee occasionally goes up.
-They make mistakes more often than you would like. (drivers and restaurants)
